This information is relevant only if you use the Secure Shell Protocol (SSH) or Secure File Transfer Protocol (SFTP) on our servers. Otherwise, please disregard this information.

The SSH / SFTP port on all our shared, reseller and managed servers has been changed with immediate effect because of a recent update in Imunify360 that reserves and blocks the respective port number.

Note: For safety reasons, the old and new SSH ports will not be posted publicly. Basically, the first two digits of the old SSH port have been flipped with each other. You can find the exact new port in our recent email announcement or by contacting us.

If you are unable to connect, you can check if your IP address was blocked by our firewall in our client area under Support ยป Unblock IP Address.
Alternatively, please try to login to cPanel or WHM to have your IP address whitelisted for 24 hours.

We're sorry for any inconvenience this sudden change may cause. If you have any questions, please contact us.
